ANNUAL PLANNING
Taking control of your Overhead

Annual Planning session (1 day) in which we set realistic and attainable goals for the coming year. In this session we work together to really understand your ‘numbers’ and then use this information to define your true overhead, set realistic and attainable production and collection goals, and examine what other steps, if any, are required to meet your practice goals.

Practice Analysis
A practice analysis includes a one-day, comprehensive examination of your practice. We observe interactions, systems in place, and the overall efficiency of your daily operations. We run reports to determine the true pulse of your practice in all areas. Additionally, we speak in-depth with you for a better understanding of your goals and vision, and we meet with each team member to learn their insights and goals as a member of your team. We follow up with a written report of our recommendations. We discuss our ideas with you and together develop a road map, or treatment plan, if you will.
